SOY 'B' 2010

Hmm, this is the first SOY I have ever been to.
Beatrice and I sort of half rushed and half slacked throughout.
Had loads of fun of course, if not I won't be typing an entry on it. (＾ε＾)

The locker and rest room idea was rather awesome,(b^-゜) it really relieved a lot of burden from the cosplayers. Some might complain that the lanes are too narrow for taking photos... To them I say, wait till you check out Tonacos in Japan, thank you. HAHAHA, I mean how can one complain about such things, it is a school for goodness sake, how wide can the walking area inside be when you are supposed to squeeze booths and stuff like that. ( °д°)

Haha, I thought the most unreasonable complain was that the weather outside is too warm and they need to "bring some of the aircon outside." LIKE HELLO, if there is anything that person needs to be complaining about is why the equator is so bloody near Singapore, not bringing airconditioning outside! Seriously, it comes to the point that I wonder, "ARE THESE PEOPLE STUPID OR SOMETHING?" ヾ(▼ﾍ▼；)

With all of that aside, I would really like to thank Ah Ma for being our personal photographer and helping us out with our bags. Really man, THANK YOU AH MA! (●´ω｀●)ゞ

And also to those that I have missed out, I really apologize because I needed to leave early.

LOL, so today I met up with Masa. Have not seen her in quite a while.
Apparently she has been really busy meeting up with everyone, I am only glad to share a moment out of that.

Though today seemed short, at least we had fun. LOL.
And with that, I miss her Mac Book already.
Damned that Photo booth function. D :

The Aftermath

Like every enjoyable thing one has experienced, there is always bound to have after effects.

Sometimes I think that trips to Japan is like having a bastard for a boyfriend, he sucks all your money but you feel happy and love him more than ever.
HAHAHA, aye I am not making any sense.

When I mean bastard, I mean a bastard who look like this:

I cannot deny I really miss that country.
Some might say that there is no point since all you do is eat cheap stuff and deprive yourself from shopping.
To that I say....

I EAT DOUJINSHIS HAAAAAAA.
COMIKET, MANDARAKE, K-BOOKS, ANIMATE ARE THE PLACES WHERE I SHOP.
FUCK THE CLOTHES MAN, LIKE I CAN WEAR THEIR SIZES.
HAAAAA.

Okay fine, I did buy some normal things.
Like makeup and stuff.
Then again, there was a motive for it rather than everyday wear.

I love their fake lashes, the glue they provide is so strong that I cannot exactly pluck them raw.
It felt like waxing a hairy back.
Ouch. LOL.
And I got this cute mini hair straightener, good for people with short hair like myself.

(＾ε＾) Well, the main point is that I am in Singapore.
So I better suck it.
Damned.

Day 6 to 20: Just too many things happened. LOL.

Since I am already back in Singapore, I think I just need to sum up this trip.

Of course Japan was awesome, it has always been and it will forever be.
Haha, I think I might be loving that country a little too much.

I basically did what I should be doing there. Went to ESP Custom Shop, Tower Records, CC Lemon Hall, Shibuya AX, NHK, Winter Comiket, Tonacos, Animate, Mandarake, Akiba, K Books.

I got all the stuff that I am supposed to be buying too, from all angles of my different fandoms, like doujinshi, manga, vkei DVDs, etc etc.

Or walking at Harjuku until I get tired of it.

I also did what I am supposed to be doing... Joining cosplay events, cosplaying, exchanging cure cards with the other cosplayers.

All in all, it was fun, tiring, crazy.
It felt like a bullet through the brain.

The only difference is that you won't die from it.
Perhaps that is the worst part.

Reality shall bite in from this moment.

Day 5: ねぇ、知ってる？

Okay, this was a joke from yesterday, HAHAHA.

Anyway, today was quite a relaxing day. Walking around Shibuya, lazily strolling, HAHAHA.

For today I did not get anything. HAAHHA, I think I am trying my best to control it until Comiket.

This is outside Takashimaya, where the Kinokuniya is located.
WOO. and also Tokyu Hands. I love that place, it pwns Singapore's handicraft shop anytime,

I mean which place in SG has a whole department just to buy wood and a counter to customise the cut of the wood. FUCK MAN!
No wonder the props they make are so awesome, they have Tokyu Hands.

LOL, okay now to the lunch of the day. Today is crab fish roe pasta, which I think is awesome because it is only like 889 Yen as a set lunch with a drink and salad.

Okay, just next week it would be Comiket and TF.
