そしてActivateしさらにすすんでいくとTier2になりまたメールがきます。

The daily/monthly funding limit for Tier 2 non-cash deposit is $2000/$10000 (USD equivalent). Due to the requirements of the self-regulatory body, JADA (Japan Authority of Digital Assets), we cannot allow cash deposits/withdrawals at Tier 2 for Japanese residents. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but you need Tier 3 for cash deposits. Always check your funding limits before making a deposit/withdrawal to make sure the deposit/withdrawal doesn't take you over your limits.
If you need cash deposits or higher funding limits, you need Tier 3 or higher. For Tier 3 verification, we ask you to provide proof of identity (a government issued ID) and proof of residence (bank or utility statement, etc. showing your address). Also, due to another requirement from JADA, we ask you for an ID confirmation photo. An ID confirmation photo is a picture of you holding the ID used for Tier 3 verification next to your face to allow for facial confirmation of the ID.
