The listed company health yuan purchase of 145 million yuan trench oil used for pharmaceutical news again detonate the public interest in the topic, trench oil events why can often happen? Supervision layer is difficult to detect the trench oil is trench oil event long-standing important reason? From the bureau of industry and commerce, quality inspection center, environmental protection bureau three square personage are to the 21st century network said, trench oil even if by each kind of instrument, the means are difficult to test.
"Not don't want to check, but the check out can't check, inspection don't come out coach factory outlet afraid to own in trouble." A industrial and commercial bureau said the people. In addition to trench oil testing technology is the problem of regulatory people outside, each supervision department is difficult to close cooperation is also the important reason for the transverse trench oil. Tracking and commerce trench oil fruit because of difficult detection difficult to define A special in industrial and commercial bureau shall be responsible for the investigation counterfeit and shoddy products people tell the 21st century network: "do nearly 30 years of work, only to find a pile in the case of the trench oil." The people said, in 2009 for someone to report some processing trench oil, to reconnaissance found, the similar workshop processing plant was from catering industry purchase left-over, leftovers (appellative slops) and inferior pig organs, pig skin. These swill and inferior pigs visceral is doing the best trench oil certificate, was also found that many of the factory into barreled mixed oil. However, the head of the plant cannot provide purchase order, issued by only the proof of delivery order. From the delivery list can be seen, the plant's supply main supply two places, one is feed factory, the other is a soap processing factory. Production trench oil head is always evade, the leftover material is supply feed factory, but from the sales channel of the check, the leftover material do most or sell to the soap processing factory. Because at that time detection trench oil technology is not developed, we take these product inspection also died of old age. The ministry of commerce and even detect these oil really belong to trench oil, and no clear regulations define trench oil can be used as processing feed or soap, and finally the case can caocao it. The people lamented and commerce, and the industry and Commerce Department may clearly know production which came out of the trench oil, but as a result of testing technology, regulations some obstacles, and finally can not obtain good results. But the national food safety risk assessment center person in charge WangZhuTian has said it is still can't find distinguish trench oil core technology. "Now we are in fear of commerce check can't check awkward position, detection does not reach the designated position, and to do" is not the good oil, and don't pass the bad oil 'ideal effect is very difficult. We also want to independent report without independent tracing trench oil, but they were afraid independent inspection, not only testing don't come out is trench oil, that will also give yourself in trouble." The ministry of commerce officials said. Health yuan yesterday held in the afternoon of shareholders, company executives made no mention of "trench oil" events, the media clam up. Seven kinds of detection methods difficult to let the trench oil in the sky In December 2011, the ministry of health to social public solicitation trench oil testing method, a total of 762 received about testing method or inspection index suggestion. There are 281 units and individuals have submitted 315 items trench oil testing method. And in 2011 years ago, there has not been a domestic detection trench oil unified standards.
Department of health established including oil coach leather handbags processing, food safety, health examination, chemical analysis, etc authoritative experts and relevant agencies, inspection method argument expert group, through the blind sample test, etc, to collect to the methods of scientific proof. The data shows, the so-called blind sample test, is facing two unknown oil samples, the detection method can help experts find trench oil. Preliminarily determines the four instrument assay (three mass spectrometry and a nuclear magnetic resonance method) and 3 (1 qiagen method and 2 ultraviolet spectrometry) can field use rapid assay, are further validation and perfection. Southwest some physical and chemical test center director to the 21st century network said: "now preliminary established seven kinds of detection methods, fit up use also can not detect the trench oil." "So there has been no detection trench oil method we also very headache, trench oil is not a kind of product, so the detection aspects will certainly problems. Many experts and scholars to trench oil testing also said detection trench oil without a better way. Data show that in 2011, the ministry of public security unearthed together across provinces of extreme trench oil manufacturing oil case, the police in zhejiang ninghai seized a large number of trench oil, but was 10 samples, incredibly only two sample was detected unqualified. Due to trench oil source complex, composition is very complicated. Now determine detection method is to trench oil inside there polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, heavy metal, cholesterol and other single index out detection. But trench oil after high temperature heating, water washing, decoloring and a series of processing, and cooking oil mixed after blending, it is difficult to measure single index. China's centers for disease control and prevention nutrition and food security chemical pollution supervisory control director WuYongNing even said that once the government announced the detection index, illegal producers are likely to quickly put the index from trench oil quietly sponges, leading to detection is invalid. The ministry of commerce "can't" detection trench oil The physical and chemical test center director expresses, solve the trench oil source should not from how to detect aspects, and should be through the supervision in the source containment trench oil production. "This need to industry and commerce, quality inspection, food and other departments to cooperate, from the source to eliminate trench oil, no raw material processing cannot produce trench oil." The ministry of commerce and the people are of the opinion that "we to trench oil also detest, well aware of the dangers of trench oil not shallow, but we itself is also very helpless. "No matter whether we are independent inspection report or others, we take these oil to detect, but if the test does not come out is trench oil, a few times down sooner or later will be others complaints. We don't want check, but can't find." As we have learned, now in addition to the ministry of commerce can trace trench oil beyond, health, environmental protection bureau and the public security bureau in the criminal investigation brigade, the discipline inspection team related departments can survey trench oil event.
Trench oil supervision involves many departments, as to how to eradicate trench oil problem, several departments need to cooperate with each other.
