Amebaでブログを始めよう!

One of my resolutions for the year is to exercise more often. I have decided that it might be a good idea to take some photos to observe any differences from the exercises.  I would like to build more muscles.  I took a photo showing myself after 1 week of exercises.  



I will try to take photo each week, and post them onto the blog.  For tomorrow I will concentrate on upper body exercises.  

Exercise plan: 

Normal push ups- 1 set of 30
Alternating shuffle press up- 3 set of 15
Diamond push up- 3 set of 10
Leg kicks
Leg lifts
Alternating side lifts
Crunches
Side crunches

I will also try to add a few more arm exercises as well.
