What a long day, early start




Then got stuck with Friday afternoon traffic so hand to change my flight to the later one




Haven't eaten all day so finally getting a bite.
But really wanted to go home as my weekend has started.

This week had an off site meeting for a new study  unfortunately for me I didn't get to go overseas, this time it was in Sydney.

Had been fed well from the meeting. Tonight's dinnner...lamb shank
