Today I am going to share my opinion to you.
I know there are a lot of opinions, but I think people who are good at using English and who have acquired English are the ones who can explain it very clearly. For example, if the person cannot understand the grammar or phrases and you explain it to him or her, and if they understand perfectly, you are good at using English and you have a lot of knowledge about it.
Of course some people say the person is good at English if they can communicate with people using the language. And I agree to the idea. But I want to be an English speaker who can help someone in trouble using English or expressing themselves in English.
