I love stitching, and I love sharing what Sashiko is. Sashiko is not all about stitching (as you know by now.) #Sashiko #Sashico #Pattern #JapanesePattern #Quilting #Patchworking #刺し子 #伝統柄 #幾何学模様 #JapaneseTraditional A post shared by Keiko & Atsushi Futatsuya (@sashi.co) on Nov 20, 2017 at 5:09pm PST

"What is Sashiko?"I answer that "Sashiko is ... "What is Sashiko?" I answer that "Sashiko is a process of appreciating the fabric, and adding our care into it. " Boro is an ultimate result of Sashiko. We made it like a placemat and table runner. Totally one of a kind. A post shared by Keiko & Atsushi Futatsuya (@sashi.co) on Nov 18, 2017 at 2:37pm PST
