書いたりまとめたりすると自然と覚えるｗ
まとめるのは自分が重要だと思う所だけ。

For grammar, you look back all your note from your English classes, text book or anything that you think is useful for grammar.
You dont have to take note word to word.
Youll be surprised when youve finished the whole notetaking.

正直覚えるしかない(汗)

私がしてることは‥毎日１日新しい単語を決めて、友だちのように１日中いっしょにいて使い方や例文を頭の中で考えて使えるように慣らせます。

→vocab＆idioms

For vocab&idioms, you can do nothing but memorising.

What Id do is: pick a new word every each day and assume the word is your best friend. Spend some quality time with it. Figure how you use it and come up with few lines. Repeat those lines in your mind might help.
