タマゴにミルクを混ぜる
バターをフライパンにいれる
タマゴをつけたハシで線を書いてみてジュージューいったら最適温度
タマゴを入れる
5秒じっと待つ
ハシで3回大きな円を買いて混ぜる
フライパンをゆする
それを三回ほど繰り返す。そのままチキンライスの上にスライドさせて置く
とれとろの半熟タマゴがきらきらきれいなオムライスのできあがりp(^^)q

俳優城田優（２１）が大きくジャンプアップしている。最終回が平均視聴率２１％を記録したフジテレビ系「花ざかりの君たちへ～イケメン♂パラダイス」で走り高跳びの選手を演じるなど、連続ドラマに続けて出演。映画も公開中の「ワルボロ」に続き、１０月には主演した「ヒートアイランド」が公開される。１１月には宮本亜門氏演出の舞台「テイクフライト」が控え、今月２７日には初写真集が発売される。順調な活動だが、最近まで抱えていたコンプレックスを乗り越え、ブレークの日を迎えた。

「出演映画６本中４本が不良役。リーゼントみたいな髪形が、やけに多いんです（笑い）。素は、楽しくワイワイと場を盛り上げるタイプなんですけど」。

「最近までこの顔がコンプレックスでした。子供のころはスペインで、『チノ（中国人）』と呼ばれて、日本に来たら逆に『外国人』って呼ばれて、いじめにも遭いました。１３歳で芸能界入りしたんですけど、顔と身長がネックで仕事が全然来ない。ある役者さんの少年時代役に内定したときも、現場に着くと監督さんから『大人のときよりデカすぎる。ダメだ』って言われて…。この世界に入って、さらに自分の外見を恨みました」。
芸能コースのある堀越高の同級生が刺激であり救いだった。クラスに７人しかいない男子はＮＥＷＳ山下智久、ＫＡＴ－ＴＵＮ田中聖、ＷａＴ小池徹平らだ。
「彼らが先に有名になって、自分が弱音を吐いたときに、仲間の１人が『すぐに咲く花なんてないから、ゆっくりいけばいいんだよ』って言ってくれたんです。一瞬だけ皮肉？ とも思ったけれど、言葉の通りでした。今も連絡取り合っていて、私生活で会いますよ。仕事の話もするし、いつか一緒に芝居できたらなあって思ってます」。

Here’s a bit of Japanese mobile culture for keitai / cell phones that has not been covered anywhere in English—the so-called Hime-Den and Deco-Den phenomenon.
Japanese ‘Hime-Den’ [姫電 ] comes from Hime meaning “Princess” and Den for Denwa or phone. Basically, it refers to girlly keitai freaks have more money and time than sense—that is, the average and totally normal monthly cellphone bill for a regular ‘Hime-Den’ runs about 60,000 yen per month…about $530 USD that’s normally paid by the parents of a 20-something girl.
And, every ‘Hime-Den’ girl needs her bling-tastic Deco-Den[デコ電]—literally, DECOration DENwa/phone that’s encrusted in Swarovski, rhinestones, glitter, seals and paint. Check out the photo above that I took last weekend of my secretary’s pink-n-purple, rhinestone-covered cell phone,and all the examples below from the EmbellirShop.com.
Better yet, check out the Deco-Den for sale for all you folks not in Japan via the Rinkya online proxy service.

そこのクッキング教室は、ちょっと豪華なスタジオでイタリア風のインテリア。システムキッチンでモデルルームみたい。
液晶画面で先生のレッスンの様子が映し出され、液晶と実際と両方見ながら作ります。
ドリンクバーとデザートもあり、食後はラウンジで作った料理を楽しみます♪
肉汁がじゅるっとたれる仕様なんだけど、その秘密はゼラチンスープ。ゼラチンを溶かしてダシスープをまぜてタネにちょっと足しちゃいます。蒸すとスープなってじゅるるる..
皮も簡単にできるんです！ちょっと小麦粉などの材料をこねて伸ばすだけ！
小籠包といえば、世界的に有名なのは鼎泰豊（ディンタイフォン）
台湾台北が本店の点心レストラン、日本・アメリカ・中国・シンガポール・インドネシア・韓国に支店があり、かつて世界中をうならせた幻の小籠包がウリ。肉汁があふれんばかりで絶品ですо(ж＞▽＜)ｙ ☆
９３年のニューヨークタイムスで「世界の１０大レストラン」に選ばれました。
どこも行列ですが、行った中で、場所柄汐留カレッタの中はほかよりすいてる感じでした。
おいしいし、値段も安くて（６００円程度）大満足、庶民派の店です。

いやはや何とも末恐ろしいバンドが出て来たものだ。
4月12日にミニ・アルバム「GIRL FRIEND」でメジャーデビューを飾ったBase Ball Bearの4人組。
インディーズ時代から注目を集めて来た彼らが遂にメジャーデビューを飾った。
彼らの平均年齢は21歳という若いバンドだが、耳が惹きつけられる華やかなギターサウンド、高い音楽性とポテンシャルは、並みいる新人バンドとは既に一線を画す存在だ。
色鮮やかな歌詞とな音楽性を持ったVo.&G.の小出祐介の生み出す楽曲は、作り上げる作品を若手バンドとは思えない程のクオリティの高いものにしている。
一曲、一曲が一筋縄では行かない変化球を投げてくれるBase Ball Bearのサウンドは、この次はいったいどんな球を投げてくるのか、聴いているうちにワクワクしてたまらなくなって来てしまうのだ。
6月21日にはメジャー・ファーストシングル「ELECTRIC SUMMER」のリリースが予定されている。Base Ball Bearならではの疾走感のある爽やかなナンバー。この夏は彼らの歌声が巷を席巻してくれるのではないだろうか。

She is well-known internationally for her two theme song contributions to Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts video game series.[1]
Hikaru's first official Japanese album First Love beaome the best-selling album of all time in Japan with over 7.65 million copies sold to date in Japan alone (10.056 million worldwide to date),[2][3] cementing her status in the music industry in Japan. The release of her later works only help her reign as one of Japan's top artist, with three of her Japanese studio albums being rank in the Top 10 all-time best-selling albums in Japan ranking (#1, #4, #8)[4].
