Apple Samsung Patent Dispute ITCThe U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday issued a limited ban and cease & desist order onproducts for infringing upontechnology. The ruling concerns the versions of the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3, iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G. Samsung had claimed that , however the ITC only found the company infringed upon one concerning encoding and decoding cellular data. The order will be sent to President Barack Obama, who will have 60 days to veto the ruling before it goes into effect. Apple will also have theopportunityto appeal the ruling in federal court.
