SEB Vol. 64 で唯一の Elena Ferretti嬢ソロ楽曲となる今作は、もちろん哀愁！

Dave と Raimondiさんによる派手すぎず薄っぺらすぎずな精巧な哀愁メロディーと、Guio - Pasquini - Pernici という豪華3人組による切ない歌詞は、Ferretti嬢がvo.を担う以外選択肢はないという印象ですね。

完全聞かせるタイプのユーロなので、しんみりしたいときは是非この曲を。

アナログでリリースされていたのは渋谷のWave店からFにリニューアル・オープンして間もない頃である。どこかチャイニーズ風のフレーズが印象に残るコミカル・ユーロだが、サビからは一緒に口ずさめるのでひょっとしたら大化けするかもしれない大穴6・8といった感じではある。タイトルも非常に分かりやすいし、静かに見守ろう。

カタログNo. TRD 1470 の Time 随一の”迷曲”降臨！(爆)

何がって、歌詞がユニークなのはもちろんだけど、それよりもこのメロディー、ジャパンジャパン言ってるのにチャイナチャイナしてるところだよね(笑)

でも、そこを含めてリスナーを魅了するのはさすが Dall'Oraマジックってところでしょうか。確かアナログ盤には別ver.もありましたっけ。

そしてこの曲の謎と言えば、結局一発屋だった "Max Hi-NRG" の正体。どことなく "Arena 69" みたく裏方さんからの参加なのかなぁとか思っていますが。しれっと Happy X'mas - Merry X'mas にも参加してそう？

カタログNo. TRD 1481の今作は、ライナーにもある「テクノショォック」のサンプリングから始まり、小刻みなテテッテテテーで進んでいくイントロに、イントロ終わりのダカダカ…で一区切りつけてからの畳みかけるように進んでいく勢いのあるリフ、そして高音タイプの Clara （と思われる）のバックコーラスと共にユニークなフレーズを交える Corainiさん vo.など、どこをとってもアゲアゲな作品になっており、個人的にもヘビリピ不可避な曲でございます(笑)

とにかく、聴いてるとクセになってハマるんですよねー

メロディーこそ哀愁を帯びているがそれだけに染まっていない所に好感が持てる。タイトルを見て「もしや」と思ったが全く関係なく、逆にNewfield、Sinclaireのセンスの良さを改めて知らされる程、出来は良い。Go Go Girls、Groove Twins好きには絶対気に入ってもらえるハズ。サンプル・ネタにも注耳せよ！

出ました、"真"の Delta 第1弾楽曲！SEB Vol. 64 のクレジットでは抜けてますが、コチラの作品もレーベル初期なだけあって Leonardiさんと Gelmettiさんのいいとこ取りをした作品になっています。

ただ、vo.が Love Bang Bang や Kick At My Heart と同じ組み合わせだったり、名義が "Drama" だったりと、後のことを考慮すると Leonardiさん寄りの作品なのかなぁと思う部分がありますね。

ちなみに SEB Vol. 130 ではアナログver.のリフがしれっと聴けちゃったりします。

"Love Gun"に続き今作も凄い！例えるならM.Skannerの"What Is Love"でサビ前からの盛り上がりが素晴しく完成度が高い。A-Beat特有のアグレッシブさもガンガンに迫っていてアナログ化となれば売れそうだ。決してユーロビーターの期待を裏切らない超強力ナンバー。個人的にも気に入っている。

そっかー、"Derreck Simons" 名義では Love Gun の後が今作なんですね。

「ジャングルへようこそ」というだけあって動物の鳴き声サンプリングを散りばめつつも、 Dave & Luke Penn コンビならではのアグレッシブ＋独特なシンセ、そしてサビ直前の「エーンダーセー！」が特徴的なMarinさんのアツいvo.なんかはシビれます。

ただ、イントロの事故ったようなサンプリングは未だにナゾではありますが…。

従来にはないメロディーに新鮮な感動を覚える今作。忘れかけていた甘酸っぱい思いがフラッシュバックしてきそうな良質のポップ・ユーロで大ヒット中の“Love Bang Bang”とは一味違った仕上がり。こんなにも良い曲が収録出来なかったのが残念でなりませんが、お待たせっ、G・Tお届けです。

まぁ、陣営を考えてもいかにも Love Bang Bang の後釜って感じですよね。

ただ A-Beat C 時代の Leonardiさん楽曲が Delta 参入後のSEBで収録されたものだからややこしいったらありゃしない。

だって Lay Your Hands On Me / Drama とか Big Desire / Za-Za とかとほぼ同じ制作陣で同じvo.ですもん。

にしても、ライナーから推測するに、リアタイ収録で普通にExt.収録もあり得たのかな。

作品のクオリティーは良くてもビッグ・ヒットにならない彼だが今回こそイケるのでは…。F.C.Fの”Bad Desire”を彷彿させるフレーズはファンならずとも胸をトキメかすだろう。これまで以上に攻撃力増えてハイ・テンションな仕上がりとなっているので、パラパラを考えださなくともヒットは当然のこと。フロアでの支持率も高いと思われる。

カタログNo. TRD 1519の今作は、作曲が Dall’Oraさん、作詞が現SCPの Somenziさんというなかなか興味深いコンビによる作品。

正直、第3次以降のユーロばかりをかじってる人なので、”Toby Ash”= Magnaniさんの印象が強くて、最初コレを聴いたときは Cariaさん vo. の “Toby Ash” は新鮮に聞こえました(笑)

"Marko Polo" といったらコレな大ヒット作で、ライナーの通り、SEBに初めて収録された Delta 作品。制作順では "Drama" の Lay Your Hands On Me が先のようですが。

後にも先にも考えられない Leonardiさんと Gelmettiさん双方のテイストが融合しているのがこの曲の特徴かと。

それにしても、このライナーのコメントの最後の部分、なんかかっこいいですね(笑)
