名古屋大須在住の与作です。名古屋市守山区永森町にある「大洋苑」さんに行ってきました。ここは昭和47年(1972年)創業、令和7年現在で53年続く老舗の中華料理店。ご主人は店舗運営の傍ら長年、調理専門学校の講師も務められ、生徒からチャーハン先生と呼ばれている有名人だそうです。
最寄り駅のJR東海・中央本線「新守山駅」から徒歩約15分、ゆとりーとライン「川宮駅」から約3分。駐車場は敷地内に25台分あります。名物の揚州炒飯をはじめ、単品料理や麺類の多くのメニューでハーフサイズが用意されており、少食の方や色々と食べたい方には嬉しいサービス。

I'm Yosaku who lives in Osu, I went to Taiyoen in Nagamori-cho, Moriyama-ku, Nagoya City. This is a long-established Chinese restaurant established in 1972 (Showa 47) and has been in business for 53 years as of 2025. The owner has been teaching at a cooking school for many years in addition to running the restaurant, and is a well-known figure who is called “fried rice teacher” by his students.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest station, Shin-Moriyama Station on the JR Tokai and Chuo Main Lines, and about a 3-minute walk from Kawamiya Station on the Yutorito Line. Parking for 25 cars is available on the premises. Half-size portions are available for many of the single dishes and noodles, including the famous Yangzhou Fried Rice, which is a great service for those who eat small portions or want a variety of foods.
