Recently. My favorite chocolate was this .

This is called “ware-choco ”in Japanese.( How can I say in English ? broken chocolate ?? )

It was so delicious and so rich cacao.

The other hand , There are many kinds of it like below .
(Green tea and milk chocolate is called “green tea marble”, may be.）

a strawberrry shortcake

Hello.This is maple.
Yesterday, I ate a strawberry shortcake at a cafeD.
It was so delicious .

By the way , Do you know how to remove a sheet of cellophane with good manner ?
According to TV , By using a fork , you should roll up it .

Although I tried, I couldn't ! ! Only one roll I could !
I must practice more !

kudzu starch guel

Hello. This is maple.
Yesterday ,it was so cold wasn't it ?

So, I drank(ate ?) a cup of “kudzu starch guel”.

The photo was only 3 kinds,
but, there were many kinds of “kudzu starch guel”, like azuki-bean , cocoa , anything else・・


To drink it, I should prepare boiled
water.
It make me so warm.
In addition, Sweet make me happy too.

Next time , I would like to choose another one

Gingerjam

Today's morning, It was also so cold wasn't it ?

Recently, When I read news paper, There was an article which led how to make ginger jam .
So, I tried it.

Have you ever tried it?
An Article said that
「 Don't spread it on a toast like butter. When you drink a cup of tea , add a teaspoonful of it」
At first I had no idea, why it said so.

However, after I drank it , I found out why !
Ginger was so spicy and hot ! !
It made my eyes wide open ! !
It may be good in the morning ? I guessed.
I will overcome this cold winter with ginger jam .
