昨日と今日は、手作りパスタを作って食べました！
セモリナという粉を使うのですが、はじめて買ってみました。
それにしても、自分でパスタがつくれるなんて感激でした。
昨日は、クリームパスタで、今日は、トマトベースのパスタでした。
一瞬、パスタマシーンを買おうとも思いましたが、
結局たまにしか作らないと思うので、思いとどまりました。
また、作るのが楽しみです。

A Happy New year!
新年、はじめての書き込みです。
I have wrote this for the first time in this year.
ずいぶんごぶさたしていました。
I haven't written anything for a while.
昨年は、１０月から、１１月にかけて、１ヶ月ほど
ヨーロッパにいっていたのですが、帰国以後も、書いていませんでした。
I had gone to Europe from October to November.
I didn't write during the trip and after it.
やはり、続けるのはむずかしいものです。
It is difficult to continue to do something.
新年になったので、気をとりなおして再開です。
A new year started,so I will restart to write a diary with a new mind.
英語の能力も、日々成長していければと思います。
I want to improve my english skill day by day.
今日は、英語で昔の話が聞けるポッドキャストのご紹介です。
英語タウンのクラシックストーリシリーズ
という番組なのですが、
現在、12話ほど用意されています（ラインナップは以下）。

結構ゆっくりの音声だったり、
英語タウンのサイトでは、ボキャブラリー説明や、
スクリプトもあるので、
初級のかたには、特におすすめです。

お話を英語がきけるというのはいいですね。
お話ということもあり、
たとえば小学生や中学生のひとにもいいかもしれませんね。
お話で思い出したのですが、
「Google Book Search」 http://books.google.com/
が一部書籍の無償配布を開始とのこと。
著作権の切れたものを、本を丸ごとPDFで落とせるようになっています。
たとえば、さきほどのジャックと豆の木の作者である
Joseph Jacobs を検索してみます。
検索するときは、Full view books のボタンをチェックしておくと、
丸ごとみられる本のみが検索対象になります。
昔の字体だったり、画像が荒っぽい場合の時など見にくい場合もありますが、
無料でここまでみられるのもすごいですね。

今日は、itunesのpodcastのなかから、英単語学習に関しての
番組紹介です。
Brain Food英単語編（ビデオipod対応）
(本体サイトはこちら→http://www.station81.com/ ）
という番組なのですが、
週1回のペースで、10問出題、時間は2分
とコンパクトにまとまっていて、
効率よく語彙が増やせそうです。
単語だけでなく、例文とか、用例があるともっと良いし、
例えば動詞なら、自動詞なのか他動詞なのかとか
といったのも、あると嬉しいですね。
それと、バックのテンポ音も、できればなくしてほしいところ （・ε・｡)
個人的には、扱っている単語自体が、
微妙に自分が忘れていそうな単語なのがありがたい。
昨日は、仕事帰りにひさびさのフットサルにいきました。
Yesterday I went to go futsal on the way back from office after a long separation.

前回いったときは、格好が普段着にちかく、
靴もフットサル用ではなかったので、
今回は、あたらしく、シューズを買いました。
Before I had been on the casual clothes and no futsal shoes.
So I bought new futsal shoes.
The last time I went, I was wearing casual clothes and I had no futsal shoes so I bought a pair of shoes.
練習開始は、22:30スタートとかなり遅め。
というのも金曜に予約をとるのが大変なのが、
いろいろ探してみてはじめてわかったのんですよね。
・・・・そりゃそうかというところですが。
We practiced from a very late time (22:30 start).
もしくは from very late (また時間の表現は、10:30pm のほうが普通)
We realized that it is very hard to book a court on friday.
何本かシュートも決められて満足。
ですが、ものすごいつかれました・・。
帰り気持ち悪くなったし。
I am satisfied because I could goal at several times.
But I am very tired.
So I feeled bad on the way home.
felt sick （feel bad だと「悪く思う」の意にとられる可能性あり。）
フットサルする前に、ご飯食べちゃって
あれだけ動いたからと反省。
I regretted eating before doing futsal.
帰り、車に乗せてもらったので、
それでよっちゃったというのもありますが。
And I had motion sickness because I was taken by a car on the way home.

蕎麦の芽がでてきました。

以前蕎麦の種蒔きをしにいったのですが、
そのときの帰りに種をもらってきました。

種蒔きをしたときに、蕎麦の成長は、はやいとは聞いていましたが、
う～ん、ほんとうにはやい。

アパートの花壇なので、
雑草として、片付けられてしまわないことを祈りながら、
成長を見守っていこうと思います。
There is possibility that the buckwheat buds are thrown away as weeds at the flat's flower bed.

今日は、仕事からかえってきて、
たまたま、BSフジの「アイディアの鍵」という番組をみました。
Today I watched a TV program "the key of an idea " after coming home from work.
「一流のデザイナー・クリエーターたちの発想の源泉を探る」
という番組で、後半だけみれただけなのだったのですが、
結構もおもしろかったです。
The program's theme is "seek sources of ideas of first-rate designers and creators".
I watched the latter part of it but it was very interesting to me.
特に小山薫堂さんという放送作家の方をフィーチャーしていたのですが、

そのなかで、小山さんが、ホテルのコンサルティングの話が特に興味深かったです。
I was especially interested in the story of hotel consulting by Kundou Koyama.
He is a program creator . His program "new design paradise" is also my favorite program.
社員たちの仕事についての愛情やコミュニケーション促進のためにまずしたことは
「名刺をつくりかえる」
ということだそうです。
At first, he made new calling cards (business cards でもOK)
for employee's affection toward works and their communication.
新たな名刺の裏には、社員たちがとった写真をのせる。
A back side of new cards are printed by the pictures which employees took .

そのあとなにがおこったか、・・・。
What happened?
泊まりにきた子供たちが名刺を集めるために、
ホテル中を、従業員に声をかけながらまわりはじめたとのこと。

Many children talked to various employees for collecting cards.

引っ込み思案だった社員も、子供に対して積極的に接するようになったり、
レアなカードをもった従業員（皿洗いの人）を子供に紹介するようになったりと、

お客さんと従業員、従業員同士のコミュニケーションも活発になったとか。
The cards brought good communication between the customers and employees, employees and employees.

あいまって、個々の仕事に対する意識もたかまったとか。

いやぁ、なるほどというかんじ。
特に
お客さんと従業員だけでなく、従業員どうしのコミュニケーションも活発に
なったというところ。
昨日は、会社の仲間と立ち飲みに行きました。
Yesterday, I went to standing bar with my colleague.
美味しかったけど、やはり私は、座って食べたいですね。
Dishes were delicious,
ｂut I want to sit down and eat.
一緒にいった人は、立ち飲みがお気に入りとのこと。

飲みの帰りにふらふら歩いてると
LEGOでつくった東京のオブジェがありました。
When I waked on the way to home,I looked LOGOs which looks like buildings of Tokyo.
かわいくて、きれいはきれいだったのですが、
もう少し、ど～んと、迫力があるものだとよいのに・・
と思いました。
these were pretty and beautiful ,but I expected stringency to it.
なんと、これ関数電卓版ゼルダなんです！
This is a game ”Zelda” for alpha calculator (the Zelda is famous game)
すごい！

Spencer Puttという方が現在開発中とのことで、
Spencer Putt is developing now.
この方いわく、「性能の限られたシステムでどこまでできるか？」とのこと。
He said,” I try to develop in limited performance of the calculator”
エンジニア魂を感じます！
I feel his engineer spirit.
ちょっと感動しました。
