A bit old but useful
This book was first published in May 2007. It is a bit old and I was a bit worried whether it covers the latest status of India.
However, as you already know, India is a country with long history, and it is essential that you understand the background of India before you try to fully grasp the current status of India. In that sense, this book does a good job in providing readers with useful background information. I am glad that I read this book.

In that sense, this book does a good job in provide readers with useful background information.

Simple,but very useful

I like to read　a book of India's essay and travels.

Because it's very humorous and terrific.

This book wasn't humorous and terrific,but it helps to understand India's status.

And a lot of graphs and pictures are in this book.

This book is good for get to know roughly broadly about India.

シンプルだけどすごい役に立つ。

愉快ですさまじいインドの旅行記本とか読むの好きなんだけど、この本は面白みとかすさまじいかんじとかはなかった。

でもインドの情勢を理解するにはいい本だった！

たくさんグラフとか写真も載ってたし。

ざっくり幅広くインドのこと知るにはいい本だと思う。
