Shuzo matsuoka (born 6 November 1967 inTokyo,Japan) is a former professional tennis player.
He started tennis form 10 years old.
He went to America and became a pro player at the time of twelfth grade.
In 1995, he entered best 8 in America,and reached 46 rank in World ranking. Many diseases and injuries he beard, he pulled out battles!
After retirement,he actives for training juniors and appearances many TV programs!
His personal videos "cheer message" that he shot are shown.
We can see cheering message according to his idea what a life is and his principles and a lot of unique performances.
Many people edits these contents without his permission and loads edited videos into video sites.
While Matsuoka said "I think well done rather than get angry.I appreciate them making edited video hard."
Mr.Matsuoka established "Shuzo Challenge" after retirement.
Shuzo Challenge is the project for the training of next generation of junior tennis players and the development of Japanese tennis level.
He holds the camp training which invited famous tennis coaches for the top junior tennis players every year.

When he went to 2014 Winter Olympics, Japan became "Big chill" and Sochi became "lack of snow".
In addition, when he went to Olympics as a main caster, he was warned by an officer because his cheering was too intense.
