Hi, there. How are you doing?
Do you use the hard parts of broccoli, except the bunch parts?
I always try to use all parts, but the skin’s parts are so hard and fibers.
I am afraid these parts are removed and only the middle parts of canes are boiled to eat.
The color looks so nice and easier to eat after boiling.
This time it is used on the bread and with mushrooms.
I try not to waste food as possible.

ブロッコリーの固い部分どうしてますか？

綺麗な房の部分はサラダに使えますが、芯の固い部分で繊維質の固い皮目は捨てているのですが、中の芯の部分はゆでるとおいしいので細かく切ってサラダにしています。

今回は、キノコと一緒にオープンサンドにしてみました。彩りがきれいですよね～

なるべく捨てずに食べきりたいものです。
