Our company makes younger employees read this kind of "business book," and test us frequently.
But there is no feedback or any coment about it.
So i often think why they do this still.
Anyone? Just feeling for duty??
It is kinda hard to tell what people they want and want to raise for this company.

恵まれてないとか
わかんない
But i can say if people are sutisfied with what they are doing now, they dont just quit or get sick of it.
