. Today could've been better. I usually try my hardest to avoid confrontations of any kind so that often makes it easy for people to walk all over me and I hide my feelings a lot because of it. It's not a big thing but today me and Emi went to Urth Caffe in Omotesando and the service was really bad. We had to complain to them after having waited for one and a half an hour for our order while people that came waaay after us had already gotten theirs. When we complained their reaction was to ask us if we wanted to cancel our order then?? like, no, we payed, we waited, we want to eat thank you very much! So we waited a bit more but we were so pissed we couldn't really enjoy our food😫 Emi then decided to demand a refund (and after convincing me, not ready for a confrontation) we went and did that. I just wish that service worked more like 'oh you played nice about it so we'll give you a discount or a refund' not that you have to make a fuss so that things get done correctly...
