I’ve been watching Hell’s Kitchen all day!
But also.. I’ve been mindful on being less active online.. and I’ve been more grounded and present!
I even kept up with my Finch App goal~
Yay!!! 
Now I’m sleepy~
But my partner must join for more Hell’s Kitchen or Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. I love how progressive and diverse it is (overall and not just candidates). I also have mentioned it before.. but two of my favorite things (probably everyone’s), is how stern but caring the coaches are.. andddd how supportive everyone is towards one another even though they are competing for spots. It really shows others that you can be competitive and work hard without tearing others down.
