Ask away i have not had any luck setting the CTO630 up via the usb port. In my opinion the serial port is so much easier if you have one on your PC, if not you can get a PCI serial card for about £30 if you cant wait. That file is installing the USB to serial port that is in the PCUT CTO630. Now if you plug the cutting in via usb and turn it on and go in to the device manager you should see a serial port that wasnt there before.
