Mary O'Rourke is the girlfriend of Ralph Mariano, a Navy employee from South Arlington, Va., accused of orchestrating a 15-year scheme to use government contractors to funnel $10 million to himself and others.
O'Rourke earlier pleaded not guilty. On Tuesday she agreed to plead guilty to theft of government property, which would make her the fifth person to plead guilty in the case.
The deal she signed with prosecutors describes it as "part of a package plea agreement" in which Mariano also will plead guilty.
Mariano previously pleaded not guilty. His lawyer hasn't returned calls seeking comment.
