今私に必要な学び♡

私今お花やお仕事以外の合間をみては
勉強してることがあって

だから毎日があっという間に過ぎてしまう
のもこの学びが理由の一つでもあります。

蕁麻疹症状が酷くなってから

身体のｹｱに、症状についてより

考えるきっかけに。

元々内側のｹｱについての

学びは好きなので学びだしたらまた

深くはまりそう〜でとまらん楽しみがいっぱぃ！

これらを丁寧に紐解いていき

深める、極める、整える、

ことでまた知らなかった自分を理解でき

深く繋がれるような気がします。

いつでも健康在っての自分を忘れない為にも

大切な学びになりそう、、、♡
