Electric chief engineer is classified into three divisions according to its voltage namely class 1, class, 2 and class 3. On the other hand, 6.6kV is provided directly to big building, factory which uses large quantity of electric power. And 440V, 220V or other level of voltage is transformed to use it for motor or facilities by themselves.

This certificate can be had after passing the examination carried out once a year. It has
some categories namely theory, power, machine and law. Any experience is required and any national person takes this examination which passing line is 60% of 100 point.
Four categories have to be passed in 3 years. So far, only 10% people can pass this exam.
