初めて英訳にチャレンジしようと思い、まずはじめに思い浮かんだのが、このHeavenly Psychoでした。
初っ端から重いかなー、とは思ったんですが、やっぱりHeavenly Psychoを英訳したかった！
私は全くの新規eighterで、この曲が歌い続けられるにつれて込められていった思いを全て共有することはできないかもしれないのですが、エイトのために書かれたというこの歌詞とメロディーがとても好きになり、私にとっても大切な曲の一つです。
エイトだけではなく、つらい状況とは人それぞれあると思います。
そこから抜け出したいという思いは皆で共有できるのではないでしょうか。
スケールは全くの違うけれど、私は受験生だったとき、この曲に何度も救われました。
私にとって、Heavenly Psychoはつらいことにまっすぐ向き合えるようになる曲です。
