The weather in the province of Anhui has been improving recently, with temperatures down by as much as 5 degrees in some areas, said the provincial department of emergency management on Sunday. The department said the average daily temperature in the province stood at 33. 8 degrees on Sunday, the lowest since records began in 1949. The cold air brought by the cold air is expected to bring good air quality, the department said.  The department urged residents to be alert for possible duststorms, as well as for possible flooding and landslides. The ministry said it has also increased the emergency response for the affected areas, including Anhui, Henan, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan and Guizhou.
