今週は月曜日以外、朝ランはできず、だめだめな一週間でした。
仕事が忙しくなると、どうしても朝の早起きは難しくなりました。
金曜日は会社で英会話。
プレゼンテーションの練習、テーマは自由ということで、大好きなワインについて語ってみました。
内容的には基本の基本で、詳しい方には読んでほしくない内容ですが、
せっかく考えたので公開しちゃいます。
以下、プレゼンテーション内容（英語）。
Today I'd like to talk about wine, because I really like it, so I'd like you to knouw it and like it.
I've devided my presentation into two parts, 1stly introduction of wine, 2ndly move on to how to enjoy it.
If you have questions, please save them for the end.
Firstly, I'll show you basic info about wine.
Wine is alcoholic bevarage made from fermented fruit juice, usually that of grapes.
There're mainly 3 types, white wine, red wine and rose wine.
What is the difference among them?
The difference comes from grapes type for material and manufacturing process.
White wine is made of grape which has light color skin, and only the juice is used.
Red wine is made of black or red grapes, and whole grapes including skin is fermented into alocohol.
So, it has more tannnin which is harsh ingredient.
Rose wine, rose means pink in French, so it's sometimes called "pink wine". They are produces through various methods.
And let's look at red wine.
Red wine is divided into three tipes by the amount of body and tannnin, light body, medium body and full body.
From light body to full body, the flavor and aroma become stronger and bitter.
We've looked at what wine is. Now. let's look at how to enjoy it.
One of tips is to choose good wine, not cheap one. In my idea, you should choos the wine with the price of at least 2,000 yen.
If you choose good one, you hardly become hangover.
I'll show you my experience. My friend's hasband didn't like red wine originally, but my friend like it.
I've heard she felt diffucult to drink red wine with him.
When I was invited to their home for lunch, I brought nice red wine to change his mind.
After drinking the wine, he's changed his mind, and became red wine lover.
Next tips is to just enjoy flavour and aroma. You don't need to care any wine ettiquette.
There are lot of way to enjoy it.
Taking time to drink a glass of wine makes me very relaxed.
Dinking while chatting with my friends is very fun.
My ideal situation is what I've seen at the small restaurant.
Four old men, propably who have retired, had lunch with wine under the window.
The atomosphere was very nice.
When I retired, I would enjoy wine with my friend like four old men I've seen.
In conclusion, I'll recommend you to enjoy it freely.
