私が以前所属していた学生のための国際ビジネスコンテストOVALという団体が、企業とタイアップして作った「学生による、学生のための留学プログラム」です。
私自身、今春参加してまいりました。
良い気候、良い治安、良い授業、良いホームステイ先でとっても楽しめました。
ただ留学プログラム自体はとてつもなく厳しいものです！ｗ
普通は２ヶ月くらいでやる、文法テキストをなんと５日でマスターし、
翌週からはビジネスや理系の英語をたくさん使った、プログラムの特色を大きく反映したものになります！
とても自信あるプログラムなので是非参加してみてください！
ただ、不安もたくさんあると思うので、説明会を新宿で行います。
参加費はもちろん無料ですし、特に変なものに登録されるとかそういうことはないので
寄り道ついでに来てくれるので大丈夫です。

久しぶりの更新になる。
いきなりだが、是非皆の意見を聞いてみたいところだ。
近年、学生を中心にfacebookやtwitterなどのSNSを利用していこう！
という動きが見られる。
それは構わない。むしろ大歓迎だ。
自分自身twitterやfacebookをやっていて楽しい。
情報も手に入る。
しかし、だ。
中には、twitterを大学の授業に取り入れろ！だとかfacebookを利用して就活をしよう、だとかそういった安直な考えが蔓延っている。
私に言わせれば、アホなんじゃないかと思う。
facebookのみで募集を行う就活のどこに意味があるのだろうか。
この答えを持っている人は是非聞かせてほしい。
twitterを授業に取り入れるべきだ、と声高に主張する連中もバカの一つ覚えだろう。
こういうことを言い出す奴は大抵がサービスのもつ多面性を理解せず、ポジティブな面ばかりを考えていているような「にわか」である。
情報に対する危機意識をどれほど彼らは持っているのだろうか。
大学で意見を発せないからtwitterでやったら・・・みたいな発言を多くの学生同志から聞いたときは絶望した。
皆の前で堂々と公然と自分の主張をあげ、論陣をはるような勇気も無い人間は今後社会で生き残ってなどいけないし、だいたいそいつが大学に意味はなんなのか、大学とは意見をぶつけ合う場ではないのか、と思う。そんな奴は今すぐ自分のためだから大学をやめてもっと適した道を選ぶべきだ。
今日は津田大介氏が中大でSNSに関する公演をしたとかで、twiiter上の学生たちの頭からっぽな発言を多く見ていて怒りを感じたので、ここに書いた。
あ、あと私は講演というものが大嫌いです。
講演会に行く奴も馬鹿なんじゃないのかと思っている。
講演会に言って、「新しい考え方に気付くことができたので、これから私もそういう人間になっていきたいです」とか「とても参考になりました。勉強になります」とか行っている奴は100%アホでしょう。
講演会で得られる物など何も無い。
話を聞くだけで自分がそんなにすぐにかえれるのなら、
なんで今までの長い人生の中でかえられなかったのか。
話を聞いてやっと気づいているようじゃ、今後先々も受動的な人生でおわるだろうな。といってやりたい。
大抵の奴は、講演会のあとまるで自分が頭がよくなったかのような錯誤をしてでてくる。
だから講演会とかばっか参加してる奴ほどタチの悪い奴はいない。
そいつの話す内容は全て誰かの発言の切り貼りに終始していて、自分の頭では考えてないし、自分の脳力が高いかのように振舞う。
見苦しい事この上ないし、不快になる。
さて、とりあえず思いつくがままに書いてみました。
１年ぶりくらいに過激な内容になりましたね。
なんか意見があったらコメントするなり、メールや電話するなりしてきてください。
思ったらすぐ議論することは重要だと思いますので。

Day.5 (with a lot of dirty words)
Day.5
I forgot to write a diary yesterday. But I don’t care about it. :D
But yesterday, I had a big problem in the park. Take, Atsu and I hung around Australian Fair which is on the Gold coast after finishing school. But we don’t know the fucked law banning drinking in the public spaces. It’s bullshit, isn’t it?
The fucking foolish policeman came to us and said “Hey men, are you fucked up? Don’t get maggoted. you can’t drink at this area! ”
We would have been put in cuffs by him unless we all are the Japanese.
If I were a good English speaker, maybe I could scream at him “shut fuck up! You are fucking fruits!!”
I think the law which is prohibits drinking the outside is really shit.
Mat who is a son of Jan said too.
The Aussie policeman is just a bastard and must be faggot.
And at the today’s class, nothing was special.
But we played the game about the grammar. It was better than yesterday’s class. :D
But I think grammar is a kind of bullshit. Speaking English and making other people understand what I want to say are the most important things, isn’t it?

Day.0
I came to Australia at 6:30AM. It’s really early morning. I wasn’t able to sleep well in the plane, because a child was really noisy. So I took a nap after coming to the house. It’ s really good time for sleeping but the people next door were really noisy. So they disturbed my good sleep. They always speak loudly with only using four-words. They are “Bogan”. “Bogan” is a slang word in Australia. The meaning of “Bogan” is absolutely having a bad background and they are not clever people.
My host mother took me many places around our house. She is a really kind person and her son too. They take care of me carefully. The beach is pretty beautiful and completely different from ones in Japan. The sand is lovely and soft and the length of beach is really long and the water is truly blue. In addition, the climate is very good. The temperature is comfortable but little bit humid. By the way, I was surprised that there are a lot of Japanese cars and Japanese restaurants on the Gold coast.
Anyway, I’m really tired because today is a first day in Australia. I should go to bed… bye.

I woke up at 8 am and I had a breakfast. The quantity of breakfast is really a lot for me because I always don’t have it. After having a breakfast, my host mother Jan and her brother and I walked together to the beach. This area is called the Broadwater. I took a lot of pictures there. On the beach, there were many kinds of birds. Of course seagulls were there, but something made me surprised. There were Pelicans! Besides, they were very big! Unbelievable! Near the beach, there were many people who came here from all over the world. They regularly brought a camera. And we met an old woman. She is a host-mother of other Japanese boys and surprisingly she took care of 3 Japanese boys who were high school students.
After talking with the old woman, we met man and woman. He is a brother of Jan. We ate fish and chips. It was yummy. Going back to our house, some guys already visited to the house. They are the friends of Jan and her ex-husband. They came from Sydney. Amazing! After we talk with them for 10 minutes we went to shopping mall for I wanted to buy sunglasses and swimming wear. I had to pay 39$ to buy them and next I look for shorts because in Australia every clothes are big size and I could prepare for shirts and pants for the next summer in Japan. After then, I went to bed to take a nap:D. Dinner is risotto. It was lovely delicious.
Ok, tomorrow, I’ll have to wake up at 6:30 because from tomorrow the school is going to start. Bye-…

I can’t believe that the days are passed 3days yet. I feel I’ve already been 1week from coming to the Gold coast.
Today is a first day from starting our class. We students of this program are studying about grammar for 1week first. Really large amount of H.W I have. I can’t afford to write daily because the time is limited in 24hours. The quantities of H.W are unbelievable. Maybe you can’t imagine how busy I am. I was same as you before I started the course. If I didn’t have H.W or more less, I could go to the beach and swim because today is very hot. One guy whose name is Atsuo is one of the students of my class is a really unlucky boy. He have to take a lot of time to come to school by bus and his home-stay family run a cleaning store. The home-stay father and mother go to bed at 7:00pm and they wake up at 3 or 4am. In addition, his house isn’t near seaside. Think about his situation I’m pretty endowed with environment to stay, relax and study English. For example, today, I go back from school to my home on foot. If I want, I can do it.
By the way, maybe you don’t know why I don’t upload my diary on the facebook and blog every day. In my house, the Internet is not available. Here is a black spot of the Internet access. So when I want to check my blog, facebook or something like that, I have to go to McDonald near my house. But this is pain in the ass. It is a waste of time to go there, because we can access to the Internet at school.

I’m sorry, I promised you that I would upload some photo files. But I can’t upload some photos because the Internet speed is slow. So I will gather and upload some photos when I go back to Japan.
By the way, I decided that I will do my homework and study the areas of grammar which need improvement. It’s a good idea I think, isn’t it? So I’ll get a lot of time to make a conversation with people including Jan, Mathru he is her son, 21 age, friends who have a same class and strangers. And today, I can speak a lot with them. When I hung around Australian faire after finish my school, I find a man who was waiting for changing the signal. And in that moment, one big rainbow appears in the sky. So I talk to him suddenly “That is a great rainbow, isn’t it?” This is the beginning of starting conversation. I spend 20min. and more to talk with him. And finally, He gave me a good information. At the library, every Wednesday, people who live in Gold coast gather there and talk with each other about something from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. I can’t miss the chance.

Day.2
I can’t believe that the days are passed 3days yet. I feel I’ve already been 1week from coming to the Gold coast.
Today is a first day from starting our class. We students of this program are studying about grammar for 1week first. Really large amount of H.W I have. I can’t afford to write daily because the time is limited in 24hours. The quantities of H.W are unbelievable. Maybe you can’t imagine how busy I am. I was same as you before I started the course. If I didn’t have H.W or more less, I could go to the beach and swim because today is very hot. One guy whose name is Atsuo is one of the students of my class is a really unlucky boy. He have to take a lot of time to come to school by bus and his home-stay family run a cleaning store. The home-stay father and mother go to bed at 7:00pm and they wake up at 3 or 4am. In addition, his house isn’t near seaside. Think about his situation I’m pretty endowed with environment to stay, relax and study English. For example, today, I go back from school to my home on foot. If I want, I can do it.
By the way, maybe you don’t know why I don’t upload my diary on the facebook and blog every day. In my house, the Internet is not available. Here is a black spot of the Internet access. So when I want to check my blog, facebook or something like that, I have to go to McDonald near my house. But this is pain in the ass. It is a waste of time to go there, because we can access to the Internet at school.

I’m sorry, I promised you that I would upload some photo files. But I can’t upload some photos because the Internet speed is slow. So I will gather and upload some photos when I go back to Japan.
By the way, I decided that I will do my homework and study the areas of grammar which need improvement. It’s a good idea I think, isn’t it? So I’ll get a lot of time to make a conversation with people including Jan, Mathru he is her son, 21 age, friends who have a same class and strangers. And today, I can speak a lot with them. When I hung around Australian faire after finish my school, I find a man who was waiting for changing the signal. And in that moment, one big rainbow appears in the sky. So I talk to him suddenly “That is a great rainbow, isn’t it?” This is the beginning of starting conversation. I spend 20min. and more to talk with him. And finally, He gave me a good information. At the library, every Wednesday, people who live in Gold coast gather there and talk with each other about something from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. I can’t miss the chance.
