Our Organic Sunflower Oil is a versatile high oleic oil that is 87% monounsaturated fat, which is known for raising the HDL (good cholesterol) levels in your body. It is also low in saturated fat and very high in Vitamin E.

For freshness, store unopened oil in a cool, dry, dark location. After opening, Keep Refrigerated and use within 4 months.

* Sediment, called foots, settling at the bottom of a container is normal for cold pressed, unrefined oil. This may happen if the oil is stationary over time. Foots are a natural part of the oil and does not adversely effect its flavor or overall quality.
