今日は、このブログを通してリクエストのあった妊娠を会社に報告した時のことを紹介したいと思います。
職場への報告時期はNIPTの結果を確認した後でした。（14w）
職場の昼休みに上司に声をかけて時間を取ってもらいました。
このタイミングで報告したのは、
NIPTで陰性がでて出産に向けた意識が固まったこと
お腹が出てきて目立ちそうだったこと
があります。
まだ周囲に公表していなかったので、会議室を利用。
上司よりランクが上の人には、上司から報告してもらいました。
その場で上司に話した内容は、
出産予定日
復帰希望日
保育園問題
子育てに関する雑談等
終始、仕事を続けていきたい旨を伝えるようにしました。

Today, I wanted to share with you what happened when I reported my pregnancy to my company, which was requested through this blog.
The time to report to work was after the NIPT results were confirmed. (14w)
I stopped by my boss during my lunch break at work and asked him to take some time out.
I reported to him at this time because
-NIPT came back negative, which solidified my awareness for the birth
-My belly was going to come out and stand out.
I used conference room because I hadn't yet announced it to others.
I asked my boss to report to people higher in rank than my supervisor.
What I told my boss on the spot was

Desired Return Date
Nursery School Issues
Chit chat about parenting, etc.
I made sure to tell him that I wanted to continue working throughout the process.
