今日は帝王切開当日の流れを書きたいと思います。
深夜０時前に間食をしてから、手術が始まるまではOS-1しか飲めません。
水、お茶、ジュースも禁止です。
7am 体温と血圧
8am ドップラーで胎児の心拍を確認
手術着に着替え
10:30手術室へ移動
ベッドに寝たまま手術室へ運ばれる
手術室へ到着
手術着を脱ぎ前面にタオルをかけてもらう
点滴をさし、麻酔を入れる
顔の前に目隠しのタオルをかけられ、手術開始
お腹をグリグリ押される感覚と共に１人目誕生。
再びお腹をグリグリ押され２人め誕生。
１０秒ほど順番に赤ちゃんを肩の上に置いてもらい、
赤ちゃんは新生児室へ。
12:15病室へ
ベッドに寝たまま大部屋へ戻る
30分ごとに体温と血圧測定
1時間後からお腹動いてるの確認してから飲み物はOKに。
しばらくは60分ごと、その後は2時間ごとに体温と血圧測定
手術12時間後まで続く
1:30pm頃から子宮収縮痛
定期的にきゅうと痛む
15minくらいで聞くはずの座薬入れても痛く、痛みが夕方まで続く
夕方 助産師さんが病室に２人を連れてくる
授乳練習(A子 起きないので練習なし B子 起こして口を開けさせると乳首を吸い始める)
出生届を助産師から受け取る
夜
顔拭くタオルを渡され、顔を拭く
乳首マッサージ

Today I want to write about the process on the day of my c-section.
After snacking before midnight, you will only be allowed to drink OS-1 until the surgery begins.
No water, tea, or juice.
7am Measured body temperature and blood pressure
8am Checked the fetal heartbeat with doppler
Changed into a surgical suit.
10:30 Moved to the operating room.
Arrivaed at the operating room.
I took off my surgical gown and put a towel over the front.
I inserted an IV and an anesthetic.
They put a blindfolded towel over the front of my face and surgery began.
The first baby was born with the sensation of being pushed up and down on my belly.
The second baby was born after being pushed again.
They took turns to place the baby on my shoulder for about 10 seconds.
Babies went to the neonatal unit.
12:15 I went back to the big room, lying in bed.
Temperature and blood pressure were measured every 30 minutes
After an hour, a staff made sure my stomach was moving. Then I was allowed to drink anything.
Body temperature and blood pressure were measured every 60 minutes for a while, then every two hours after that.
It last for 12 hours after surgery.
Uterine contractions started around 1:30 pm.
In the evening, the staff brought my twins to my room.
Practiced breastfeeding.
Received two birth certificates from the midwife.
During the night
They give me a towel to wipe my face with.
