双子育児中のAmyです。
出産後は育児と同時進行で、会社だけでなく自治体に提出する書類がいくつもあるので、私が感じた「まずこれは重要！」というものを２つ紹介します。
１、子どもの通院に必要なものを準備
子どもを病院に連れて行く時に必要となる健康保険証とマル乳を1日でも早く作ることが重要。
具体的には・・
・出生届の提出（提出すると、その場でマル乳と児童手当の案内をしてくれました）
・健康保険証を作る（会社に申請）
・マル乳（乳幼児医療費助成制度）のカードを作る
マル乳はなくても、病院の窓口でいったん支払い、後から自治体に医療費の還付申請をすることもできますが、わざわざ還付申請のために領収書等を持って役所まで行くのが大変なので、早めにマル乳を入手しているのがオススメ！
２、助成金の申請
申請期限があるので、なるべく早い段階で申請！
・児童手当申請（出生届を提出すると案内してくれました）
・出産に関係する助成金関係の申請（出産入院にかかる保険の申請等）
・育休中の手当て申請（私の勤め先では、育休申請すると育休中の手当て支払いまでやってくれました）
育児の疲労困憊した頭でこういう事務手続きを進めるのは
本当に大変でした。
事前準備が本当に大切。

My name is Amy and I'm raising twins.
After giving birth, there are several documents to be submitted to the local government as well as the company at the same time. I am going to introduce two important points to do for the first thing.
1, Prepare for the hospital.
It's important to make the health insurance card and infant medical expense subsidy card that you will need to take your children to the hospital.
Specifically...
-Submit birth certificate
(When we submitted our birth certificates, they gave us information about the subsidy card on the spot)
-Create a health insurance card (apply to the company)
-Make a card of infant medical expense subsidy system
Even if you don't have the subsidy card, you can pay once at the hospital counter and apply for a refund of your medical bills later to the local government, but I recommend getting the card as soon as possible because it's hard to go all the way to the local government office with receipts to apply for a refund!
2. Application for grants
As there's an application deadline, apply as early as possible for the sake of it!
-Application for child allowance (they guided me when I submitted a birth certificate)
-Application for subsidies for childbirth (e.g., insurance for hospitalization for childbirth)
-Application for the allowance during my childcare leave(The company I work for proceeded the documents when I applied for childcare leave)
It's not easy to go through these paperworks with the exhaustion of childcare.
It was really hard.
Preparation is really important in advance.
