This entry was posted in Uncategorized. When I first read Fahrenheit 451 in middle school, as many people did, I was very underwhelmed and irritated. Here's the poster from OTHERWORLD THEATRE's Chicago production of Fahrenheit 451. Today I'm sharing the first book in this printable & numbered series. I was introduced to this very well done video summary of the book Fahrenheit 451. For perhaps the first quarter or so of the book I felt it was entirely too heavyhanded. It is obvious that he wanted to make a statement and declare his love of them. Speaking of storyboards, check out this hand-drawn pictorial of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451, the whole novel synopsized in two and a half minutes. I feel that the conventional descriptions of Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 don't do it justice. Fahrenheit 451 has a subject very dear to Truffaut : books. Bonus points to anyone who can identify the book the fireman is hiding # posted by Phil : 9:11 pm. I remember I was on the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania when I finished reading Fahrenheit 451.
