Want to make bakery-worthy yeast breads at home? It's actually easier than you think.

Baking bread is actually quite simple. It's just a handful of basic ingredients.

We'll need high protein wheat flour, milk, a pinch of salt and sugar if you like your bread tastes sweet. Depends on what bread you want to bake, you can add eggs, or butter, etc. But dont forget the star of the show, yeast. For beginners, I suggest you to use instant dry yeast - which you can add directly into the plain flour without active them with warm water.

Key No.1: ONLY measure main ingredients.

I only scale 300grams of wheat flour, then add 1tbsp of yeast into the flour. Mix them up. Then add 5grams sugar, a pinch of salt. Finally, add milk. I add tenderly little by little, mix them by wooden chopsticks until they comes together like this. And knead the dough. If you dont have this machine, dont worry, you can knead by hand. Knead the dough until Smooth and Soft. Until you can spread it out like this.

Key No.2: Fermentation.
I ferment my dough twice. It will take an hour each time. Remember release all the bubbles in the dough after first fermentation like this.

Key No.3: Bake it.

I preheat my oven at 200 celcius degree, and bake at 150 celcius degree for 40 minutes.

After refering lots of recipes, I decided to create my own. It's very simple and fun. I dont like the way other home cookers feel pressure for the exactly measured ingredients. For me, baking or cooking is fun. Is relaxing time! Why do you ruin your relaxing time with the tiny pressure? So I decided to JUST scale main ingredients by scale.

In bread recipe, I only scale wheat flour and yeast. For the liquid added to flour, I measure by heart. This video is not a "how to" video. This explain my favorite method, my keys for a well baked yeast bread.
