As I turned Grade 11 last June 2016 up to now I choose the course Bread & Pastry under the track of T.V.L I decided to buy baking tools , equipments , as well as ingredients of course.
The first time that I baked as you can see I accidentaly burned the cupcakes because I turned the upper and lower heat of the oven and I didn't even make the perfect frosting for it.
I already baked for 3x I think and I didn't yet make the perfect cupcakes and frosting and I realize that 'it's not that easy to bake' I told my sister and she said that it's natural you have to do it again and again until you achieve your goal.
You have to try not just once or twice but you have to try a hundred times.
