≪その１ ： 楽器を手に取る≫
ヴァイオリンやってみました。うん、へたっぴーでした。
もっとやらないと。先生に連絡しなきゃね。
昔はね、平気で何時間も練習してましたよ。情けない。。。
でも、耳と心が鍛えられる感じがします。
弦楽器って大好きです。
いまのところ、私の手元にある現実はこんな感じ↓

≪その２ ： 体のデトックス≫
そして、気持ちが前向きになったら、なまりになまった体をどうにかしたく。。
前から買ってあったけど開けていないYoga本とデトックス本。
去年の今頃、ホットヨガにはまってました。そのグッズと一緒に↓
よく見るとYoga本はビニールがかけたままです（笑）
今日、お風呂からあがったら、さっそくやろう。
≪その３ ： 心のデトックス≫
で、最後に、テレビから流れてきた曲。
昔の名作ドラマ「岸辺のアルバム」の主題歌だった曲ですね。
なんてきれいな歌声とメロディなんでしょうね。
