The first food of my country, which I will introduce this time is NASI GUDEG from Jogyakarta City
white, it is rice
brown it is the young jackfruit that's been made for 3 days *sweet taste*
brown, round shape that is a poached egg
yellow, rectangular shape, it's called Sambal Krecek *chewy like konyaku, but it's very spicy*
and the red, it is Sambal is too spicy taste
whereas the green, it is a banana leaf is used as a base or a function such as a plate
soo.. if u come to Indonesia don't forget to taste the Nasi Gudeg
