Today post will be in English because I'm not able to write this in other language. I hope that everyone understands and maybe joins the discussion and put her/his own observations.

It's not going to be a long post. I decided to change my eating habits. Every morning before breakfast I drink a cup of warm water with 1 tsp of linseed, which looks like this:

At first I was kind of nervous because my friends all told me that linseed is deisgusting (especially in water) but it turned out to be quite good in taste, a bit like a roll with seeds but in liquid! にひひ

Also, I heard that it's important to first eat carbohydrates and then fats because carbohydrates are digested in shorter time than fats are, it lasts ca. 3 hours and that's the time of breaks between meals.

Next thing I took up is eating pumpkin seeds for snacks, only 10g, because 100g of pumpkin seeds has 556 kcal and we don't want to get fat, do we? v(^-^)v Pumpkin seeds have a lot of vitamins and may help us prevent a number of diseases.

I'm not changing my drinking habits yet because I'm not able to say no to some sweet juices or pepsi from time to time (。・ε・。)
