度々取り上げるundeclinable ambuscadeですが、1990年代、彼等のCDは容易に入手する事が出来ました。
ですが、2000年代に入ると流通事情が一変します。
元々一般市場で売れていたCDではありませんし、オランダのバンドなので契約及び権利の関係でリイシューが進んでいない現実、また、後追いのパンクス達からの絶大なる口コミ評価により、彼等のバックカタログの市場価格はうなぎ上りに高騰します。
俺は4枚のアルバム全てが名盤でマストだと思いますが、ファンの間で特に名盤との呼び声が高いのが本盤です。

「名曲」と評価されている「7years」ですが、たたみ掛けるメロディとjasperの男気溢れたボーカルが胸を突きます。
当時、この歌詞を読んで奮起した事を思い出しました。
