did everyone watch the soccer game Japan vs. Australia last night?
nobody couldnt imagine such a bitter game.
i watched it at my friend's place with some of my friends.
one of them came from a place one hour away by train, i really feel sorry for him.
today i saw an official report my company published about the global retirement benefit management and risks on multinational companies.
that indicates that the multinational companies' interest in the global ret management almost has almost doubled during these 4 years.
we usually analyze the ret benefit package from the 4 points of view: design, funding, accounting and risk.
the governance issues are usually included in the design section, and it has usually been very small issues if any.
we might have to add another section "global governance" to them in the near future.
but can 5 section configure a well-settled matrix in our report?
though we must use a pentagon, how can we do that...

Finally started up this blog.
Im not sure if it is gonna be fun or not, this is the start anyway.
I will try to keep on as long as possible.
I am working for a HR consulting firm in Tokyo, Japan, dealing with the actuarial works everyday.
It is a kind of hard works but I dont dislike them.
it will be a national holiday tomorrow in japan.
im planning to wake up terrible late, and watch a soccer game(・∀・), thats it!
i hope we can express my feelings and ideas of my daily lives or works from now on.
