こないだテレビで特集してたフリーダイビングに、すごく衝撃をうけた



自分は絶対出来ないだけに、海の中へと深く進んでいく姿に釘づけになった。

昨日、プールで底を泳いでみたけど、半分もいかなかったんですけど。。。頭に血上るし。。。







でも水の中って、どうしてあんなに気持ちが良いのかな～？？




不思議！！




プールで泳いでるときに聞く水の音とか




ダイビングしているときに聞く静寂の中での自分の呼吸、レギュレーターの音




本当にリラックスできる場所







そういえば、プールに通い始めてから




全然、ストレス感じなくなったな～














あ、それとフリーダイビングの動画を探していたときに見つけた動画↓（１年くらい前？に騒がれてたの覚えてるけど、あえて今！ｗ）

TOY STORY3

I went to see a movie at theater.

The movie is TOY STORY

This is awesome movie!!

It was interesting and touching.

So I gave way to tears.


I love Disney☆

Especially I liked aladdin in Disney movie up to now.

But now my favorite changed into this!!

According to the TV,the art director of this movie is Japanese!!

His name is Daisuke tsutsumi!!

His co-worker said,

"He is a genius!!"

I'm glad to hear that.

I thought that the image was the most beautiful in this series.

I think that I will absolutely purchase DVD!!

I was in a traffic accident today.
Fortunately,I wasn't injured.
jolt of an accident was not big.

I have felt low.
But,I trust it will be fine tomorrow.

It's not easy to wake up early in the morning.

This morning,I woke up earlier than usual.

But I went back to sleep again.

After all, I got up same time as usual.

I need to make it a habit to get up early.

I wonder if I can get up early everyday.

By the way,I walked 3.5kilometers today.

I haven't lower back pain more than yesterday.

Because I have a lower back pain today.

So,I didn't walk today.

It was not possible for me to walk because I was painful today.　OMG！！！！

The pain taught me the importance of exercising.

English is difficult for me.

I got drunk early　more than I thought.

Because I drank after a long time in the city.

One of the friends revealed her secret to us.

She loves somebody.

Hurray!!I was so glad to hear that!

I want her to never give up.

And I hope for her happiness.
