Went to Manila for Porker game for the first time.
Intension was to experience what that is, but i found out that i am more on conservative side.
I need to learn when and how (and what) i should be taking risk. That game is all about taking right risk at right time in the right way - there are no 100% confirmation in most of the cases. I dont know if it is my game but it might be good learning to learn more about the risk.
On the first day back in bkk, i read one article about google - called float all boat.
This talks about the culture in google on taking risk and get started with all project / idea that they come up with.
Weather it is porker or business - you need to learn how to take risk and need to get use to it.
No successes without taking any risk dane.

Had great deployment of new strategy. We now need to get the detail nailed. closed year with 113 IYA and now we have journey of 118 IYA adding 5ppts of growth. Lets start our relentless quest =)
i really liked my entire team in thailand - it is fun to be out with these guys and am happy to come out here. Lets work it together to get this things!!

its the end of FY. FY is ended.
With all the up and downs that i had in this year, i am happy with how i have ended my 2nd year in Thailand. With the way that started the year, i think it was good turn around year and i really feel and believe that i have made some changes in myself, my organization, and the business. I have learnt a lot, and i think i have grown up a little bit as a person.

I only have the work of Thank You. This turn around was not possible to be achieved without each one of your help and effort, and i had a lot of fun working together trying to figure out what is the right things to do. At the end of the year, I think it was worth all our effort.

いってきました。Green Day Live。最後のTime of your life、よかったな。今も聴いてるけど高校時代いろいろ苦労していたことをを思い出しました。曲目も最高だし、楽しいし、さすがライブバンドって感じ。しかも、盛り上がる曲の多いこと多いこと。まさに正真正銘のライブバンド。
しかし、来てる年代もいろいろで、自分も年をとってるんだなと改めて思いました。一日一日無駄にしてる時間はない。日々全力投球で、今年のテーマ通り飛ばして行きましょう。
なかなかいいよ。なんでもやってみる。

ってか原監督はすごいね。考え方もやり方も好きだわ。２連覇した後の３年目のテーマが平成維新。勝って兜の緒を締めよじゃないけど、常時変革をしていくという強い心意気。Keep Changing。一生のテーマですな。WBCでの発言、『後ろ向きな、弱気な発言というものは一切しない。常に前向きであり、強気であるということ』ってのもいいね。Attitudeは大切だしな。

やっぱプロのショットは違うわ。特にロングアイアンがすごい！俺も早く追いつくべくちゃんと練習しようっと。
さて、新進気鋭の遼君君。今日は厳しい顔して厳しいゴルフをしてました。笑
と、海外で活躍してる日本人を見るといつも思うけど、やっぱ日本人も早くから外に出て海外の仲間入りをすることが大事だなと思います。やっぱ、どうしても自信なさげに見える。遼君には、いろいろ学んで、海外でも大物だと思えるような風格を身につけてほしいなと思いました。

１月６日。本日ついにタイに帰国します。この１０日間、いろんな人に会ってパワーをいっぱいもらったような気がします。３０代に突入する２０１０年。Think & Aggressively Challengeのテーマ通り、１stQから毎日全力投球で飛ばしていきます。AggressiveにChallengeを。
なんでもやってみよう企画第一弾。ということで博多で時間があいたので、ちょうど始まる時間だった、劇団四季の５５ステップスを見に行ってきました。
久しぶりに見た、ミュージカルには感じるものも多く、この有意義な時間の使い方が大事だなと改めて思った次第です。
