Why am I going to Indonesia, not to work in a company soon after graduating from college??
We're told that it would be difficult to get a job offer after we graduate from college. Japanese companies tend to employ new graduates, not those who have graduated a while ago.
There are six reasons for them to do so. The first reason is that they can employ homogeneous talented people in terms of social experiences, education, age. As for the second, it's pretty difficult to recruit a capable human resorce who can take a leading part of the company. Therefor, it's considered highly probable that a new graduate having high potentional would be trained in the company.
