The judges: Gordon Ramsay, a legend in the food world and notorious hot head, but extremely passionate chef, probably more so than any person I've ever met in my entire life. But the food: first up, the set-price lunch at £25 for three courses is a cracking deal, made more so by a promotion running when I visited offering a free glass of Champagne too. It was a crazy, fast-paced evening and I have nothing but admiration for the chef-testants who prepared their dishes (in a 2-hour timeframe) amongst a lot of noise and with cameras in their way at every turn.
