Unpleasant dream but Not Necessary a Nightmare

Have you ever cried in your sleep???

Actually, i have. Really often even. I don't really understand how it happened ... and i'm not really sure about the reason behind it either.

It just happened, just like that...

You had a dream  in your sleep then got startled and woke up in the middle of the night when you felt something wet running down your cheeks.

Then you realized that it was all just a dream -a bad one at that but it wasn't Necessary a nightmare either- that got you so worked up and ended up crying in your sleep. 

In my case, those dreams usually about my beloved ones i hold dearly left me  and it broke my heart  it often affected my mood in the morning. I just Couldn't stand seeing myself all alone without my beloved ones in my vicinity. It was all dreams tho

But i Couldn't help it, So many 'What ifs' flooding my mind if got those kind of dreams.

"What if it wasn't just dreams"

"What if it was really happened"

I just Couldn't stand it
