What role should art take for climate change?
I am thinking the answer here in Copenhagen.
It has passed about a week since we started our journey from London.
We had many programmes and meetings related to BC, national government, media andother NGOs.
Every one of these experiences was valuable for us,but especially for me the project that I organized became to be the best one.
I and Japanese champions plus ICC members took place Climate Picnic in Runde tarn which was the church of center Copenhagen near NorrportStation.
The street at the lunch time was filled of localpeople and enjoyed the moment before Christmas.
Climate picnic is a one artistic way to express/show our message to the world more peacefully and happily compare to violent demonstration.
I believe that cultural collaboration can push up the agreement on global issues include climate change because we need understanding other's situation first.
We have created culture in societyfor many years and the world to be more beautiful.
That's why I think the role of art is to lead people to their beginning which theywere more pure and innocent.
Comfortable is sometimes ok, we can't give up ourdesire in life, but the view issure to complex our life.
People cannot live simply in this world today.
Now is the time to look back our lifeand history. We need art , music, play, picture, and poem bring us order orpeace.
I'm not surehow much influence did our action on community, but it's sure weunderstand the role of art for our future.
