About us

Cook Like Japanese Cooking School Osaka offers classes on Japanese cuisine in English to people from all over the world. Our school is conveniently located in the center of Osaka, near many hotels. You can enjoy a class as part of your sightseeing plans. We have a wide and fully equipped kitchen that was originally set up to teach French cuisine and French pastry to Japanese people.　 You can also attend French cooking and pastry classes in Japanese.

 

Our teachers

Yuki TSUKAMOTO, representative. Yuki has been a culinary instructor of French cuisine and pastry for more than 17 years. She is a cookbook author and has written magazine articles for professional bakers. She has also translated a cookbook.

 

Kaori DAIBO, working as a food stylist based in Osaka. Diploma in macrobiotic cooking instructor course. Mother of two boys.

 

Hitoe FUJII, Diploma in French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu at Kobe.
