This Christmas I'm gonna make a creamy vegan cheesecake for my family. it's so easy to make that I'll still have time to chill amidst the holiday chaos. Happy holidays ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა 

 

  1. Blend the Filling:

    Start by combining vegan sour cream and vegan cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add a splash of vanilla extract and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice . Blend with your strong arms until the mixture is thick nd smooth!

  2. Assemble the Cheesecake:

    Pour the creamy filling into a ground up graham crackers and spread it evenly for a smooth surface.

  3. Bake to Perfection:

    Place your pie in the oven and bake at a gentle heat for 50–55 minutes. The filling should be set but still slightly wobbly in the center.

  4. Cool and Chill:< /p>

    Once baked, let your cheesecake cool completely at room temperature. Then transfer it to the fridge and leave it overnight (a job for Christmas eve!)

  5. Make it pretty:

    Drizzle the cheesecake with a blueberry compote and scatter fresh blueberries on top

  6. Eat!!!!!!
