--Easy lunch recipe--

Abura age - 2 sheets (100g)
Onion - 1

* Mirin - 4 dinner spoons
* Soy source - 4 dinner spoons
* Dashi water - 1/2 cup

Egg - 6
Steamed Rice
Seaweed


1. Pour boiled hot water on "abura age". Then cut into tanzaku method. (very thin rectangle like 3mm width and 3cm length.)

2. Cut onion into half and take out the sprout, then cut into thin kushi method

3. Pour Mirin, Soy source, Dashi water, and put Abura age then boil in mid heat for 4-5 mins. Then add onion on top and until it gets cooked (softened)

4. Mix the egg briefly and pour them from the outside of the pot. Stop the heat when you like how hard the egg to be

5. Serve rice on the plate and place seaweed on top, then pour #4 on top.
