The surprises arrived! Thank you Sensei!!!

Here are my wonderful surprises! Though somehow wound up with 3, when orignally I was supposed to have 2, one striped, one tan, but oh well! ヾ(＠^▽^＠)ﾉ

Next is her shy brother, Dandilion (Dandi) ﾟ･:,｡ﾟ･:,｡★ﾟ･:,｡ﾟ･:,｡☆

And their third sibling, a playful little boy named Milk N' Honey (Miruku) *☆*:;;;:*☆*:;;;:

They're all precious little things~ o(^-^)o

Dandi is mine, Miruku is Mari's (my roommate's), and Cinnamon is shared~ (*＾ー＾)ノ

We received a late notice from the store that our kitty supplies won't be arriving until Nov 4th or 5th, so thanks to Sensei from Capoeira class, the one who gave use the kittens, is letting us borrow some of his equipment~ He's very kind!!

We're very excited to have these 3 and a half month old kittens here and my landlady, Iwasaki-san, absolutely adores them! She brought over pumpkin shaped kitten treats too!!

This is my first pet I've gotten on my own, and my first time taking care of one by myself (somewhat, since Mari and I live together), so I'm really excited!

I also received permission ahead of time to bring the kittens to work (sony) with me, so that makes it easier to take care of them on late nights. :)

A couple of firsts :)

Lately everything's been great! Thanks for waiting on me! (＝⌒▽⌒＝)

I finally received an OK to move into my next place (which will hopefully be the last ne~), made some new friends in class, have a contract that will be signed tomorrow, had a first laser-treatment thingy today, and have two VERY special surprises to show this weekend. ('-^*)/

But until the weekend, it's a secret! (^ε^)♪

But I'll give you a hint (that won't make sense as usual),

1. Milk

2. Dandilion

Wtf right? (≧▽≦)

Had a lovely jog this morning with Mari in Shinjuku park instead of Suginami-ku for a change, and had lunch right afterwards in the park. Lunch consisted of teriyaki kawa sticks, seaweed/vinegar salad, jello-fruit cup, cold tea, and dango.☆

Afterwards, went to Aoi-chan's place, where I had my first laser hair removal treatment, followed by a photo-laser facial. To my surprise, I felt absolutely nothing, no heat, no burn, no swelling, and wound up taking a laser kit home for later use (yes, yes, I understood the instructions just fine, thank you lol). Let's see just how well the treatment turns out in the long-run. Since I have sensitive skin, I had to contact my dermatologist ahead of time to make sure it was okay to try. :)

Went out afterwards and picked up some cute tailored suits for work (and school perhaps), and they fit perfectly! I'm definately going to wear one tomorrow for the contract signing! (ﾉ´▽｀)ﾉ

After the contract signing, my friends are treating me to a movie, and then dinner it appears..... (^_^;) But, it's definately worth celebrating I suppose ne? (´∀｀)

Shou-kun is going to be on TV tonight, so I promised I'd stay up and watch it.

It's at 1am.....

And it's 10:52pm right now.....

Ah well. I can easily last for it! Just have to get another cup of....................................................................... crap.

No no not a cup of crap. Get your minds together. (￣＾￣)

But apparently I'm out of my favorite tea..... Σ(O . O;|||

Gonna have to get some more tomorrow~ As well as things for the surprise this weekend! (≡^∇^≡) Even Iwasaki-san (my landlord) is excited for the arrival...... (^_^;) I seem to get along really well with Iwasaki-san. She's a very nice elderly woman with a beautiful garden!!! I've had lunch/tea with her a few times already, and she gave me a beautiful mini-water garden!!!! She also gave me my favorite: Peach Nymphaea Lotus (water lily) seeds to plant in it!

I haven't planted the seeds yet, but they should grow to look something like the image above.

Hmm let's see.... what else have I been up to?

AH yes.

Every night I've been watching either Sherlock Holmes, Beauty & The Beast, or Angels & Demons (all of which can be in Japanese or English) and I think it's time to get a new movie haha!

Come to think of it, it was Iwasaki-san who gave me the Beauty & The Beast DVD. (*^ー^)ノ She's really nice ne? In fact, this Friday I'm helping her make a Korean dish for a group she sponsors! It should be fun!

I'm actually kind of hungry right now, but I don't allow myself to eat later than 9pm if I've already had dinner, soooo..........

Oh, I fixed up Music Box and Zephris finally! They sound absolutely beautiful! I'm sending a finished track to my family soon and anyone else who requests it~ Since they're not snagged by Sony yet lol

Speaking of songs, I wrote my first song in Ancient Egyptian, from the Old Kingdom period. I've pretty much got the grammar figured out, but the vocabulary is still a little odd haha~ I'm finding myself wearing Ankhs a lot lately and next thing you know, I'll be visiting Nubia in the Saqqara in Egypt v(^-^)v

Well alright I'm gonna end it here. I can't wait for this weekend!!!! The best I can do besides give you the two hints is say, THANK YOU SENSEI!!! Since he's the reason I'm going to get the surprise (though I know what it is) :)

I'm home....

What a looooooooooong day!!

So here's the story:

In California, my San Fransisco flight never arrived, so I was unable to catch any of the Tokyo flights from San Fran. I was rescheduled to fly out the next day business class, AT 3 AM IN THE F******G MORNING!! ！(´Д｀；)

So I stayed up all night so that I would sleep on my Tokyo flight to adjust faster to Tokyo time (kinda worked). Business class seating ROCKS! The chairs can do so many things, and turn into private beds (yes, I used ths feature)!! Each seat had it's own tv screen, where you could play games, etc, fold-out trays from the sides, about 3-4 feet of foot space, slippers, comforter sheets, travel pack (you know, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, razor, soap, lotion, etc), elegant food with staff waiting on you hand and foot! ＼(゜□゜)／

The guy I sat next to is an executive (duh) for a nuclear plant in Colorado near Boulder, and is coming to Japan to help the nuke plants here be more efficient. He was fun to talk to.

Until I switched to bed-mode 3 hours in and passed out immediately. lol

When I woke up, I figured I had slept 2 hours, but when I looked at the clock on the screen, it said "25 MINUTES UNTIL ARRIVAL" (O___________O) I must've been really tired~ (and I still am!!)

Oh and the food was really good (^____^) But I'll talk about that later or in another post.

SO.

I got through customs easily, but the fact that I brought my keyboard was a problem. None of the god-forsaken baggage delivery services accepted instrument transportation!!! ヽ(`Д´)ノ So eventually I figured out a way. Instead of taking the Narita Express Bullet Train, I took the hotel limousine bus, so that my items could be stored, and headed for the New Otani Hotel. Once there, I had them call a taxi van to pick me up and take me home with my gear.

Took 5 hours to do all this.

Usually, it only takes 2 hours to get home.

I arrived at 1:45pm and got home 6:45pm, and I am tired as hell.

Total Exhaustion~

Phew!!

Today was a hot day, PLUS I had Capoeira ANNND a rock concert to go to!!! x____X

But it was a good day none the less. (*^▽^*)

During Capoeira this afternoon, I started learning the Estuprado, Parafuso, Au Giritoria, and Au Sem Mao!

They're really difficult!!!!

But I can't wait to use them later!!! (*^ー^)ノ

And as for the concert......

There were various bands.....

A lot of local bands too....

And of course, major bands as well. Such as the one below.

Ah, now is it just me, or is that Alice Nine's tour bus?

Hmm.. take a guess. (≧▽≦)

Took a bath tonight and the water was too damn hot. I emptied it TWICE and refilled it with cool water, but instead of cooling down, it just kept heating up!! **cries**

Ugh.

I'm off to bed.

Looks like I'm going to dinner with my translator and arranger in a couple nights! Can't wait!

Oh and since I got various messages from those of you who didn't understand the previous post, both from friends and family who aren't familiar with the way social networks are run,

These kind of people are all over the place.

I'm not saying he's a badguy.

But for those who have been on the social nets since Junior high are quite used to seeing these kind of messages (^____^)v

Anyways, the hint was 'ramble' right?

Well here's the inside joke. :)

Since these kind of people are all over the net, when you get a long email in that much detail (and as the first contact), USUALLY, but not always, those people tend to jump to conclusions easily and are the ones that quickly become annoying. ( ^ ^ );

Not just a little annoying....

A LOT.

Constant IMs, emails, profile comments, photo comments, and nothing you say really gets through, so we just lay back and watch them ramble on until we can get a word in.

But that's all really. :)

I guess it's more of a warning sign for young users who don't know all the signals in the cyber-networking division.

Ugh I'm tired......... I stayed up too late to watch Alice Nine (gave me a little headache), so I'm off to bed!
